Belzer Middle School
Project includes new auxiliary gym addition. Support spaces include stage area, fitness room, new locker rooms and connecting corridor. Major renovation items include renovating existing mechanical room to corridor space to improve circulation. Also, updated finishes in corridors.
Challenges
Renovation of facilities' main existing boiler room that was relocated and space made to accommodate new facility connection. 
Relevancy
Renovation of interior spaces took place in summer sessions. Included HVAC upgrades and renovation to change use of space.
