Hamilton County Radio Communications Tower
New 630' radio communications tower and radio equipment building for the County's primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP)
Challenges
Planning for efficient use of tower construction on County owned property around a retention pond and heavily wooded areas. Located the tower optimally to salvage contiguous land for future County development around tower. 
Use and location of the property that included retention pond and many trees. Designed and implemented physical site security measure and remote CCTV and building automation systems alarming for remote management.
Relevancy
New tower will increase the County's emergency response radio coverage. Radio tower and site development were designed with leasing tenants in mind to create long term revenue to the County.
