Riverview Elementary School Additions and Renovations
Project includes new classroom wing and addition with a gymnasium, kindergarten rooms, renovated kitchen and cafeteria area. Also, added new finishes throughout existing areas. Performed mechanical and electrical upgrades.
Challenges
Project was completed on a very tight site. Site staging plan was crucial to the efficiency of the project.
Relevancy
Extensive mechanical & lighting upgrades will provide the school with energy and operational savings.
