Hamilton County Community Corrections Center
Three-story building is a steel structure with precast concrete panels for the exterior shell. The building includes secure areas with heavy construction, medium-security areas, and non-secure office areas. The building has two large custom air handler units on the roof that will house all HVAC equipment.
Hamilton County E-911 Dispatch Center
Addition and renovation to the existing Sheriff’s office included first floor and basement. The project included E-911, emergency management agency, a crime lab, evidence storage, and administration office areas. Technology and electrical systems were a major focus of the design and construction of this 24/7 public safety facility and include multiple levels of redundancy.
Anderson Police Department and City Court
New, three-level mixed use facility building including City Courts and the City Police Department. This is a structural steel building with a brick veneer. Includes a basement with secure garage area for police intake. The building features include state-of-the-art technology and security work systems.
Hamilton County Jail Intake and Booking
New intake and booking area is a tall one-story, high security area masonry addition. Renovations include a new medical area and complete renovation of the kitchen. The new services center is a pre-engineered metal building that is finished out completely on one-half for tactical training and offices. The other half is a garage area for maintenance and storage.
Hamilton County Radio Communications Tower
New 630' radio communications tower and radio equipment building for the County's primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).
