  • Determine bid packages and manage the bid process:

    • write instructions to bidders
    • recruit bidders
    • assist with bid questions
    • review bids with bond counsel
  • Provide written recommendation to owner
  • Secure signed construction contracts
  • Bi-weekly reporting to owner
  • Provide Senior Project Manager during construction
  • Act as Owner’s Representative during construction
  • Act as Owner’s Representative during warranty period
  • Attend board meetings if desired by owner
