On a day-to-day basis, the outcome for the Owner is relief from the daily construction site activity, contractor's inquiries, and preparation or distribution of contract documentation.
Envoy's Site Manager maintains daily activity reports of all construction activities with each prime contractor and its subcontractors' along with overseeing each contractor's deliveries, work progress, quality assurance, quality control activities, and payment requests.
