Dear Larry;

On April l0, 2002 Chuck Whitlock facilitated a meeting with the Board of School Trustees from the Delphi Community School Corporation and the Carroll Consolidated School Corporation. This experience would be the first joint board meeting ever held between these two school corporations.

Please know that Chuck did an outstanding job as a facilitator. He had excellent "ice breakers", as well as meaningful activities. As a result of Chuck's actions, I believe the two boards are headed in a direction that will much more closely align their activities to provide better education for our young people.

Thank you very much for allowing Chuck to assist us in this endeavor. Your support of education is very much appreciated.
