Dear Larry:

This letter is written to let you know about the wonderful job Charles Whitlock did as a facilitator at our summer Board-Administrator retreat. Chuck was known to a majority of our Board members through his previous position as Superintendent of the Rossville Community School Corporation.

Our Board and administrative team are still working to develop a close working relationship. Chuck's ability to deal with the variety of personalities allowed us to develop a very workable strategic plan. All parties were very receptive of the final product.

Previously I, as Superintendent, facilitated the retreat. By using Chuck I was able to become an active participant. I believe this let the Board and the administrators see me in a different role.

You have an outstanding educator in Chuck Whitlock. You are to be commended for having the vision to make him apart of your team.
