To Whom It May Concern:

If your organization or institution is in need of a road map for success, I would look no further than Dr. Al Long, Planning Specialist for Envoy, Inc. Dr. Long has worked with over 25 stakeholders at Northwestern School Corporation for the past two years in the development of our strategic plan that includes our corporation vision, mission statement, goals, and objectives. He actively facilitates the group of board members, administrators, teachers, support personnel, parents, and patrons as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are analyzed and stakeholders develop ideas about what they want the organization to become.

Dr. Long helps the group build on past success yet challenges the organization to reach beyond barriers that would limit future growth. He is able to build consensus without trading or supplanting the values and beliefs of the organization. Dr. Long is able to share his vast knowledge of leadership, management, and visioning with the group, all of which is necessary for the successful implementation of the corporation strategic plan.

As we conclude each session, each participant leaves feeling a sense of belonging, ownership, and accomplishment; much of which they credit to Dr. Long. Based upon our experiences, we will call upon Dr. Long to facilitate our strategic plan for as many years as he is willing to work with us.
