To whom it may concern,
I am writing to offer my opinions on the work of Envoy, Inc., Project and Construction Managers.
Hamilton County has had a successful relationship with the people at Envoy for more than ten years. They have undertaken numerous projects for us, and we remain pleased with their performance.
A considerable number of projects for which we have used Envoy have involved detention facilities including our new jail and juvenile detention center, the subsequent double bunking of the jail, the new County Judicial Center which has detention facilities, and currently the renovation and expansion of our Work Release Center.
The firm also guided the restoration of our 120-year old Courthouse and nearby county museum. Currently they are overseeing the renovation of facilities we plan to use for our new highway department garage and offices.
I suspect we have had as much experience with Envoy as any single governmental unit, and as mentioned earlier, I think we have been well served in this relationship.
