Let me take this opportunity to thank you and your firm for the excellent service you have provided to Western Boone Schools over the past two building projects that we have undertaken. The administration, staff and community are all very pleased with the results that have been achieved.

To be specific, on the project completed last year:

• The project was completed on time.
• The project finished under budget by 5.5%.
• Over $370,000 was left in contingency funds that could be used for other needs.
• The scope and need for the project was very well presented to the Board and the public.
• The follow-up on the punch list was very good.
• We received good communication on the project budget status during construction.
• The process with applications and permits went smoothly, with no hitches.
• All necessary construction documents were provided to us in a timely manner.
• Progress meetings were well structured and productive.
• The finished project made the Board and the community proud.
